R92-113 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS, APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF Hn'.LTOP ADDITION, UNIT NO. 3, PLAINVIEW, HALE COUNTY, TEXAS o WHEREAS, the Hale County State Bank of Plainview, Texa~, has submitted a Preliminary Plat of Hilltop Addition, Unit No. 3, Plainview, Hale County, Texas, along with the necessary information, and appropriate plat submission fees to the City Engineer of the City of Plainview; and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Plainview on March 12, 1992, approved said Preliminary Plat of Hilltop Addition, Unit No. 3, Plainview, Hale County, Texas, subject to the following stipulations: 1) That the rear building setback line of Lot 16 be 25 feet in compliance with the requirements oi~ Section 32:1, (j) of the Zoning Ordinance. 2) That Lot 17 not be platted until such time that it can be incorporated with another tract which has adequate street frontage (preferably the tract between it and Ennis Street). 3) That an additional portion of land for alley purposes be secured off of Lot 6, Hilltop Addition at the south end of the proposed subdivision to permit the proposed alley to match and join the existing alley to the south. 4) That provision be made to pave the alleys with concrete at ~least 15 feet in width in accordance with the Subdivision Regulations and the City's alley paving policy of the City of Plainview. WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said Preliminary Plat and the recommendations of the Planning and Zoning Commission and finds that said plat revised to include the stipulations recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission will comply with the intend of the Subdivision regq~lations of the City of Plainview. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE~D, by the City Council of the City of Pla[nview, that the Preliminary Plat of Hilltop Addition, Unit No. 3, Plainview, Hale County, Texas, be and is hereby approved subject to the Stipulations recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission and that the Final Plat of said addition incorporate all of said stipulations.
