The Plainview Hale County Board of Health met 10
Oec. 1964 at the A1Uove Restaurant, Chairman Kirk
presiding.
In the absence of the Director, the secretary
gave a report from Dr. Marshall concerning items
of interest to be discussed by the Board, also pre-
sented currant bills.
The Board approved sponsering of a meeting in the
early spring with gin managers of the area with mig-
rant sanitation problems. Further plans to be comp-
leted at the next regular Board meeting.
The suggestion was made to envite Mr. Bob Metzger
to make an oral 'Audit report upon completion.Approved.
Judge Abernethy advised the Board on the legality
of the vote on the Mosquito Control District. A limit-
ed program will be started until such time as another
election can be called to vote on the tax levy. Sugges-
tion was made to mail a copy of the Arvivirus Investig-
ation Outline to each member of the Medical Society
and Health Board members. Approved.
Ray Blair moved bills be approved for payment..

Meeting adfourned. Members attending: Ray Blair,
Dr, Randell Heye, Dr. Ray Freeman, Oliver Hamel,
Edgar Brown, Mike Kirk, Judge Abernethy, Mayor Hood,
