Signed, Mary Garrison,secretary C. r.. .A.B111.11311ETHlr Col:awry JUDG COUNTY OF BALE PLAINVIEW, TEXAS May 16, 1968 Mr. Joe Mayo, Chairman Board of Directors Plainview -Hale County Health Unit Plainview, Texas Dear Joe: This is to advise that in a special called meeting of the County Commissioners Court held yesterday, and after thor- ough discussion and consideration of the matter, the 1968-69 Health Unit Budget was approved just as submitted by your Board, with the exception of the annual salary of the Acting Director. This item was reduced to the same $7,509.00 as at present, making the total salary item $20,784.00 and the grand total of the budget $37,854.90; one-half of the bud- get to be the responsibility of and to be paid by Hale County.
