ORDINANCE NO. 91-2871
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
PLAINVIEW, TEXAS, AMENDING THL 1990-91
PARKS DEPARTMENT. BUDGET
WHEREAS, on September 25, 1990, through the adoption of Ordinance
No. 90-2841, the Plainview City Council approved the 1990-91 budget; and
WHEREAS, the budget is a general guideline for revenue and
expenditures ,and` may require periodic amendment; and
y11I3EREAS, due to the proposed addition of a jogginglwa]_kixig trail at
the. Regional Park, an irrigation system needs to be installed prior to that
installation .
NOyV, THEREFORE,, BE IT ORDAINED by the City of„Plaihvew that the.
general fund, Parks Department, of the `19;90-91 budget is hereby amended in
the following manner:
