AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE HALE COUNTY STATE BANK
DEPOSITORY AGREEMENT PROPOSAL FOR THE CITY OF
PLAINVIEGV, TEXAS, FOR A PERIOD BEGINNING .OCTOBER 1,
1991, AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 3Q, 1993..
WHEREAS, THE CITY COUNCIL has. received two , proposals for a banking
services Depository .Agreement for the period beginning October 1, 1991, and
ending September 30, 1993;. and
Whereas, a copy of the. proposals made are attached and are ,hereby made a
permanent part of this ordinance;.
THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Plainview,
Texas, that the Bank Depository agreement, with interest to be paid on the
variable rate. basis indicated, is awarded to Hale County State Bank,
.Plainview, Texas
Passed and Approved this the 22nd. day of October,. 1991.
