Hall, 901 Broadway Street, Plainview, Texas. The agenda for this meeting was posted
in City Hall at 4:15 p.m. on August 2, 2012. Mayor Wendell Dunlap presided.
Councilmembers present were: Cathy Waggoner- District 2, David Garcia - District 3, V.
O. Ortega- District 4, Shane Martinez- District 5, and Lionel Garcia - District 6.
Councilmember Charles Starnes - District 1, Shane Martinez- District 5, Eric Hastey-
District 7 were absent.
Staff members present were: Greg Ingham -City Manager, Leslie Pearce -City
Attorney, Rusty Powers -Fire Chief, Jeffrey Snyder- Assistant City Manager, William Mull -
Police Chief, Tammy Adams - Accounting Coordinator, Sarianne Beversdorf- Director of
Finance, Daniel Born - Information Technology Specialist, Vanessa Rincon- Accounting
Coordinator and Belinda Hinojosa -City Secretary.
Mayor Dunlap led in the Invocation.
The Council granted excused absences to Councilmember Starnes and Martinez.
The Council reviewed the 2012 -2013 budget.
Councilmember Eric Hastey arrived at 10:17 a.m.
There being no further business, Mayor Dunlap adjourned the meeting at 11:20 a.m.
