Lillie Terrell ask if the entrance from the alley was wise, because she had been down the alley and wonder about access if it rains. Mr. Dane explained that he has drawings showing an entrance from the street side and an entrance from the alley. This would make it possible to always have access. Mr. Dane explained by the way the house is setting on the lot, the garage would appear to be attached from the street. Ray Jameson asked if the concrete would be pour all at once. Mr. Dane stated that he planned to pour the slab and complete the building, then finish the concrete. Lillie Terrell made a motion to approve the request of Mr. Dane, seconded by Betty Gonzales.
