Members present were: Chairman, Lynn Davis, Lee Roy Lightfoot, Mary Ann Escamilla, Ron Trusler, and Whit Hunt. Staff present Muff London, Director of Community Development. Muff London swore in new members, Ron Trusler and Whit-Hunt. Lee Roy Lightfoot made a motion that the minutes of the December 27, 1993 meeting be approved as written. Mary Ann Escamilla seconded, motion passed 5-0. CASE 1207 was presented by Muff London, Director of Community Development, with the aid of transparencies and video of the property. Tony Taylor was present to represent the Pure Valley Company. Mr. Taylor stated that the facility would be 200 sq. ft. to be open 24 hours a day, and would be serviced daily. Lee Roy Lightfoot questioned the location of the building. Muff London, explained location, noting that the building would be located in the parking area not the exit onto Ennis St. Whit Hunt made a motion that the Board approve the request of J. B. Roberts, on behalf of Pure Valley Inc., for a variance of eleven (11) feet of the required thirty-five (35) feet front setback as defined in Section 32 in a Commercial General Business-3 Zoning District; and located on Lots 17-19 of the Wilcox Unit 3 Addition (3200-D Olton Rd). Ron Trusler seconded, the motion passed 4 - 0 with Lee Roy Lightfoot abstaining from voting, because his business is located within the Shopping Center. CASE 1208 was presented by Muff London, Director of Community Development, with the aid of transparencies and video of the property. Mr. J. A. Ports was present. Muff London explained that the porch extension caused the garage not to be considered a wing of the house. A wing is allowed to be 15 feet from the rear property line. Staff recommended the variance be approved. Ron Trusler made a motion that the request of J. A. Ports for a variance of ten (10) feet of the required twenty-five (25) feet rear setback as defined in Section 32 in a Single Family Residential - 1 Zoning District: and located on Lot 132 of the Westridge Park Addition (4501 N.
