A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF-THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW,
TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE APPOINTMENT OF JOHN CASTRO,
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY SERVICES AND JACK KELLER, BUDGET
MANAGER AS DEPOSITORY/SIGNATORIES TO SIGN THE STATE OF
TEXAS VOUCHER AND/OR THE OFFICE REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
FORM FOR THE OFFICE OF RURAL COMMUNITY AFFAIRS OWNER-
OCCUPIED HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM GRANT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plainview desires to develop a viable
community, including decent housing and a suitable living environment and expanding
economic opportunities, principally for persons of Iow/moderate income; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions exist which represent a threat to the public health and
safety; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and in the best interests of the City of Plainview to appoint
Depository/Signatories to sign the State of Texas Voucher and/or the Office Request for
Payment form;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLAI NVIEW, TEXAS:
That John Castro, Director of Community Services and Jack Keller, Budget
Manager are appointed as Depository/Signatories to sign the State of Texas voucher
and/or the Office Request For Payment form for the Office of Rural Community Affairs
Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Grant.
That it further be stated that all grant funds received will be used for the intended
purpose.
