rant at 12:30
Pal. September 16,'1971, with the following present:
Dr. Gerald Wagner, Oliver Harmel, David Oates, Mary Lou Truesdale,
Dr. Randall Heye, Ray D. Blair, Sam Langford, Dr. Ray - • reeman and
Clara Neis.
The minutes -of themeetings•. of July 15and August 19, 1971, were
read... Oliver Hare l moved .that minutes be approved. Dr. Heye
seconded motion. Notion carried.
The problem of the air conditioner was discussed and a bid rc
Barley Refrigeration for a 5 -ton used conditioner for $400.00 was
submitted. It -was agreed not to make any change at this tithe.

Dr. Wagner 'rreported _. that horse owners had complied very satisfac-
torily
v with the written request sent to them relative to sanitation.
Ray B. Blair made a motion that the bills for August be paid.
Oliver Havel seconded motion. Motion . carried.
David, . Oates- stated that he had discuss l a bond for the director
of the Migrant program with Hugh Hale and all requirements for
the bendrcould a .et except an annual audit was required and
the estimated ._ expense for this audit would be $250 .00 , and they
had not had an audit for three years.
Motion was made by Dr. Hoye that letter be written to Mayor and
County Judge with a request that all annual audit of the Migrant grant
Program be included in the City and County audits. Motion
seconded by Dr. Freeman. Motion carried.

ate � legislation requires either a seven man or nine man Board. Mary Lou Truesdale was instructed
to write a letter to the - C sunt ` Judge requesting the county
select a doctor, .. _. and a.. letter to the Mayor' -requesting the City
Council to select a dentist, which would:. make a 9 -member Board.
Mary: Lou Truesdale as d there would not be a Sick Child Clinic
for awhile. She complimented the personnel saying they were
interested and energetic.
David . Oates stated that during August all camps were full,
