Blair at 7:30 P .M. in thep Health Department Offices at 1001 Ash Street. Attending RayBlair, were D . Dr. Gerald Wagner, Mary Lou : Truesdale, S:a�m. Langford, Oliver Harinel, Dr. D.J. Truitt, Dr. Randall Heye, and r Clara Mels. f November 27,1974 were read and The minutes of the meeting o approved. notion :to pay November and December bills, Sam. Langford made a Dr. Heye seconded motion. Motion carried. The secretary to :. mad a letter from Mary Lou Truesdale expressing her appreciation . to the Board for the flowers sent to her during her recent hospitalization. It was reported that there was no knowledge of any activity of facility arrangements by the city and county, and it was suggested that 17r . Wagner talk to the Judge and County Commissioners regard- ing this and mention a salaryraise for himself A lease has been � signed on the presentq quarters for 1974 with an .option to renew same. Sam Langford made a motion that employees be allowed 14 per mile Dr. seconded motion. Mary Lou Truesdale for use of their card Heyehis was instructed ins tructod to write county and city officials concerning recommendation.. Dr. Wagner reported that a new nurse had been employed. and everything was going at a good pace. He had contacted Dr. Walcott to see if they •at Family Planning and Well Baby Clinics and was could furnish help �' Wagner stated in toget some of the other doctors to help. Dr.�op g :- that he would be leaving Feb rua ry llth or lith fora 3 -week vacation. It was suggested that since he would be out that the February meeting be cancelled if noth of great importance came up. Mary Lou Truesdale reported there has been a continuing Services. She gave a brief that activit1es remained constant and that increase in ,request for Health . Departmeft report on work accomplished. A Budget Committee composed of Dr. Randall Heye, Oliver Harrel and Sam Langford was named. The Secretary and Mary Lou Truesdale was requested to check records to see whose teri.s of membership on the Board were expiring. No other business appearing, the meeting ad j ou r ed . Ray D.
