CITY COUNCIL MINUTES
CITY HALL BASEMENT
CONFERENCE ROOM
3:30 P. M.
The City Council of the City of Plainview met in an emergency session at 3:30 p.m. in
the basement Conference Room of the City Hall, with Mayor J. Robert Wayland presiding and
the following councilmen~present: Lloyd Woods-Place three, Tom Almon-Place Four, and
Wm. SoRelle-Place Five.
Also present were City staff: Marshall ~Pharr-City Manager, Joe Sharp-City Attorney
and Bill Hogge-Director of Public Works.
Also present were the following visitors: Gary Ott-Plainview Daily Herald, Charles
Bethold-KAMR in Amarillo, Jim Davis-Plainview Reporter News, Tut Tawwater-KVOP Radio, and
Ray Rampy-ERA, INCORPORATED.
Marshall Pharr presented the proposed changes to the City of Plainview~ ERA, Waste-
water Treatment Proposed Control, which included a revised esculatiOn~clause (Section II),
and construction specifications for 15" PVC Line, and pump station.
Mr. Rampy was unable to produce a signed contract with a proposed water user,
but provided a proposed contract form. Mr. Rampy submitted a proposed'R.O.W, map and a 25Y
amortization schedule for the purchase option.
No action was taken and the meeting was adjourned at approximatelY 4:30 p.m.
