CITY COUNCIL MINUTES
The City Council Of the City of Plainview met in a special session at 6:30 A. M.,
in the City Hall Conference Room with Mayor J. Robert Wayland presiding and the following
Councilmen present: Medlin Carpenter, Place Two; Tom Almon, Place Four and Wm. SoRelle,
Place Five.
Also present were the following City Staff: Marshall Pharr-City Manager, Norman
Huggins-Director of Finance, Bill Hogge-Director of Public Works, Johnnie Ballew-Director
of Public Safety, Alan-Stewart-Director of Police Services, Woody Sevison-Director of
Fire Services and Bob Richards-Building Inspector.
The proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 1977-78 for the City of Plainview was
discussed.
The meeting was adjourned.
