The following Councilmen and City Staff were present: J. Robert Wayland, Mayor Jeane Browning, CounCilman, Place One Lloyd Woods, Councilman, Place Three Tom Almon, Councilman, Place Four A. William SoRelle, Councilman, Place Five Marshall Pharr, City Manager Tom Hamilton, City Attorney Harold Gladman, Director of Planning Norman Huggins, Director of Finance The agenda was discussed, but no action was taken and no items were added to the agenda.
