Joe Provence gave the invocation Minutes of the September 8, 2015 meeting were approved. *In the absence of Irma, Gary gave the financial report for August. *Carolyn Warrick was welcomed as Volunteer of the Year. *The Volunteer Appreciation Banquet was a huge success. Irma has received several compliments on it. *RSVP and the Hale County 4-H will clean up the Hike and Bike Trail on October 14th. *Volunteers have been unable to go the prison for "My Dad Reads to Me" for several weeks, but hope to go next week. *Lunch Bunch will meet on October 29th, *Sue Daniels brought by some walker pockets to be shared with hospice patients. *Birthday Recognition for September and October will be October 14th at McDonald's. *Breakfast with Santa will be Saturday, December 5th. *Gifts will be delivered to veterans in nursing homes, assisted living and senior housing for Veterans Day on November 11. *The following Advisory Council members have terms expiring at the end of the year: Emma Herring, Norvene Owens, Joe Provence, Carol Schulz and Gail Williams. *The FFR Federal Cash Transaction Report is due at the end of October and a Progress Report Supplement Data Collection is due by November 8th. *We will be unable to have the Christmas Open House at the museum this year and a new place will need to be found. *Barbara reported that 376 volunteers served 4850 hours in August. * The next meeting will be November 10, 2015. *Meeting was adjourned.
