AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plainview finds it is necessary to appropriate certain specific
funds out of Revenue Shat±ri.St _Account 816 (Fund 427)
funds for an approved project, and this ordinance deals with the daily
operation of City departments in the public interest which creates an emergency: NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVlEW:
There is hereby appropriated out of the followlng described
Revenue Sharing Account 816
The sum $ 572.55
For the following purpose:
Payable to Hawkins
Materials for new
Ticket 16721
Supply
fire booster
fund, to-wit:
608-7
WHEREAS, an emergency exists as shown in the preamble to this.ordinance, the enactment of this ordi-
.nance is declared to be an emergency measure thereby creating a public necessity that the rule requiring
proposed ordinances to be ~resented at two (2) separate Council meetings be dispensed with; and this ordinance
shall be effective from the date of its passage.
