AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE BUDGET SUBMITTED BY THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY
OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1975-76.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the budget prepared by the City Manager of Plainview, Texas,
for the City of Plainview, Texas, for the year commencing October 1, 1975,
through and including September 30, 1976, is hereby approved and ordered filed
with the City Clerk of the City of Plainview, Texas.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby ordered to file a copy of said budget
with the County Clerk, Hale County, Texas, and the Comptroller of Public
Accounts at Austin, Texas.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 22nd day of July, A.D. 1975. /
