Hancock that the City procure an option to ~rchase the North half Zot No. ~ in Block ~l, town of P~ai=~iew, Hale Co~mty, Texas and the one-half interest in the party ~,all located on line between lot~s six and 7 from ~Ms. Adella Drew for a period of six months at a cash price of ~2,500.00 and an option to purchase the east 100 feet of lot 8 and the east 108 ~et of the south half of V in block ~1 original town of~Plai=~iew, HaIe County, Texas, from A. G. Himn et al for a period of 6 months at a price of $5000.00 and that the [ayor, TOm ~helton, be authorized to exe- cuts such option contracts. Said motion was carried by unamious voze.
