We. 'the undersigned, being all of the owners o:f
property abutting an alley extending North and South through
the ~outh portion o£ Block No. 92 of ~ollege Hil~ ~ddition
to the City of PtainView, respectfully petition and. request
that the City Council pass an ordinance closing s~id ~ltsy.
It is respec$;£ully whown tha~ the alley has never been used
as a ~ss~geway by the public since the dedication thereof
and will probably never be used a2 su¢;h i£ allowed to remain
open.

Council of the City of Plainview requesting that the alley
extending Nor2h and South through the South portion of Block
No. 92 of 0ollege Hill Addition to the, 0ity of Plainview be
c~osed, such petition having been signed by _all persons ,own.
lng property mbuting such alley; and the said ~ity Council hav-
ing considered such petition finds that since the dedication of
sai~ alle~ the same Bas never been used as a passageway for the
public and probably will never be used as such if allowed to re,
main opern, therefore
BE IT 0RDAIN~ by the City Council of the City of
Plainview:
Section 1. All of Such alley lying aud extending
North and Somth through the South ~ortion of Block
College Hill Addition to the Ci~y of PlaYnview. Hate County,
Texa~. i~ here now permanently and £oreve~ closed as
w~y ~nd alley £o~ public use.

City of Ylainview to pass and enter its ordinance closing those
portions of Park Avenue and Oak Street and alley extending east
and west through Block No, Z, of Hillcrest ~ddition to the City
of Plainview. Texa~. lying East of the PlainviewrPetersburg
paved highw~s as it is now located, such petition showing that
the s~id protions of streets lie wholly within land owned by
the sai~ So E. 0urry, and that there are no property owners other
