AN 0RDINA2[CE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.
BE IT 0RDA~ED 'BY T~ CITY COUi~CIL 0F TP~ CITY 0F PLAI2~IEW,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. ~03, of .the ordinances of the City
of Plainview, Texas, is hereby repeale~d; but the repeal of this
ordinance shall in nowise effect any other ordinances of. such City
relating to 6ontr~l of itinerant vendors, licenses requir~ed or pen-
altie s for violat~on of th~ terms .of any such other ordinance or
dinances.
The fact that ther~ is another ordinance passed and approved
by the City Council which, by some of its terms, conflicts with 0r-
dinance No. ~+03, creates an ~ emergency requiring the rule that all
ordinances shall be read on three separate occasions before pass-
age be suspended, and such rule is hereby suspended, and this Ordin-
ance shall be effective from and_ after the date of its passage.
PASSED AND AZPROYED, this the 16th. day' of June, A.D. 19~1.

cock, ~loyd Poer and E.M.0sborne. City Tax Collector, P.H.Bryan, at-
tended the meeting.
Minutes of the last meeting read and adopted.

filed; the regular aataries, and the fo!i~wing bills, be allowed and
ordered pa~d. The motion carried and it was so omdered.
