WHEREAS , Hale County and the City of Plainview, Texas, are joint
owners o~ all of that portion of Section No. ll, BlOck JK-3, Hale
County, Texas, lying West of the Panhandle & Santa Fe Railroad right
of way; and
WHE~S, members and citiZens of the Finney Switch Community
desire to erect a church, to be known as Finney Baptist Church, in
such community and to purchase f~om Hale County earl the City of Plain-
view, Texas, one. acre of ground out of the Northwest corner, of the
above described tract, described by metes and bounds as follows:
