Jackson owns the land through which the street traverses and he has agreed to give the City and easement across his said land for the pm~zrpose of opening, reconstruction and dedication of s~id extended street. The J~'iayor put the question as to whether the City' of Pla. inview should accept thee said land, extend 14th Street a~d dedicate such extension to the public, whereupon E, ]bi. Osborne made a motion that such land should be accepted, extended and dedicated to the use of the public for street purposes for a distance of &65.5 am.d upon second to such motion by l~, .~.
