AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 69-1035 WHICH SAID ORDINANCE
PROVIDED FOR TWO HOUR PARKING ON THAT PORTION OF FIFTEENTH STREET
BETWEEN PORTLAND STREET AND QUINCY STREET IN THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW,
TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 69-1035 which provided for two hour
parking on that portion of Fifteenth Street between Portland Street
and Quincy Street in the City of Plainview is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2: Ordinance No. 69-1035 was an amendment to Schedule 1
of Ordinance No. 65-900. This ordinance and no part thereof shall be
construed as repealing Ordinance No. 65-900 or any part thereof except
the amendment to Ordinance No. 65-900 provided by Ordinance No. 69-1035.
