% ~.'~ AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plainview finds it is necessary to appropriate certain specific
funds out of Revenue Sharing Account 427
funds for an approved project, and this ordinance deals with the daily
operation of City deiSartments in the public interest which creates an emergency: NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW:
There is hereby appropriated out of the following described
Revenue Sharing Account 427
The sum $ 2, 113.28
For the following purpose:
fund, to-wit:
City of Plainview Service Center Fund
To reimburse Service Center for materials used on service
truck (compression, generator, electric'wench, etc.)
WHEREAS, an emergency exists as shown in the prea6al01e to this ordinance, the enactment of this ordi-
nance is declared to be an emergency measure thereby creating a public necessity that the rule requiring
proposed ordinances to be presented at two (2) separate .Council meetings be dispensed with; and this ordinance
shall be effective from the date of its passage.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED
