AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE BUDGET SUBMITTED BY THE CITY MANAGER OF THE
CITY OF PLAINV'IEW, TEXAS, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1977-78.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the budget prepared by the City Manager of Plainview,
Texas, for the City of Plainview, Texas, for the year commencing October
1, 1977 through and including September 30, 1978, is hereby approved and
ordered filed with the City Clerk of the City of Plainview, Texas.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby ordered to file a copy of said
budget with the County Clerk, Hale County, Texas, and the Comptroller
of Public Accounts at Austin, Texas.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 26th DAY OF JULY, A.D. 1977.
