AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plainview finds it is necessary to appropriate certain specific
funds out of Revenue Sharing Fund Account 427-681
funds for an approved project, and this ordinance deals with the daily
operation of ,Ci[y'departments in the public interest which creates an emergency: NOW, THEREFORE,
BE JT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL' OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW:
There is hereby appropriated out of the following described
Revenue Sharing Fund Account 427-681
The sum $ l ,000
For the following purpose:
fund, to-wit:
Mark Turnbough
-For Partial payment for solid waste collection
study
-WHEREAS, an emergency exists as shown in the prean~ble to this ordinance, the enactment of this ordi-
nance is declared to be an emergency measure thereby creating a public necessity that the rule requiring
proposed ordinances Lo be presented at two (2) separate Council meetings be dispensed_with; and this ordinance
shall be effective from the date of its passage.
