WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plainview finds it is necessary to appropriate certain specific
funds, out of Revenue Sharing FUnd ^ccount 427-640
funds for an approved project, and this ordinance deals with the daily
operation of City departments in the public interest which creates an emergency: NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CiTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVlEW:
There is hereby appropriated out of the following described
Revenue Sharing Fund Account 427-640
fund, to-wit:
The sum $
3,446.55
For the foil[owing purpose:
High Plains Pavers, Inc.
For Sidewalk and parking area in 1600 Block of Ennis Street
WHEREAS, an emergency exists as shown in the preamble to this ordinance, the enactment of this ordi-
nance is declared to be an emergency measure thereby creating a public necessity that the rule requiring
proposed crdinance~ ro be presented at two (2) separate Council[ meetings be dispensed with; and this ordinance
shall be effective from the date of its passage.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED
