Plainview Daily .Herald-more than fifteen ~i5~ days prior to the date of the Public Hearing according to said notice was duly held ;in the City. Council: Room of the City Nall, Plainview, Texas, a~ which time persons appeared in support of the proposal.; and after said hear- i r~g, i t ~~~as by the City Council determined tliat i t would be i n the public i nteres t d:~e to changed condition, that the Zoning Ordinance and the Zoning Map be a enc}Qd in the manner hereinafter set forth 'in the body of this Ordinance; NOW, T EEREFORE: B~ IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINUIEW: S~CTIOt~ 1. That Ordinance No. 82-2478 and tlhe Official Zoning t~9ap be and the some at~e h~reg~y amended: as .follows, to-wit: Z(~tiE CASE N0. 475 Lots 29 & 30, Unit #3, Bryan Addition Loca ed at 411 Bryan Street r;. - City of Flainvie~a, Hale County, Texas, from an R-2 to a }1H Zoning District. From the .date of this Ordinance,.said lot, tract and parcel of land d~:scribed shall be and hereby be changed to the Zoning District indicated and t~e official Map is amended in accordance herewith. S~CTION 2.
