HomeMy WebLinkAbout86-2661 ordORDINANCE NO. 86-2661 AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AND APPROV]CNG THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1986, AND TERMINATING SEPT'EL~ER 30, .1987, AND MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR EACH DEPARTMENT, PROJECT AND ACCOUNT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS: SECTION 1. .Subject to the applicable provisions of the State Law and City Charter, the budget for the fiscal year beginning October_ 1, 1986, and terminating September 3©, 1987, as filed and submitted by the City Manager, and adjusted by the City. Council, containing estimates of resources and revenues for the year from all of the various sources, and the projects, operations, activities and purchases proposed to be undertaken during the year, together with the estimated costs thereof, and estimated amounts of all other proposed expenditures is hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated fram the funds indicated and for such purposes respectively, such sums of money as may be required for the accomplishment of each of the projects, operations, activities, for all such purposes proposed for any department, the total amount of the .estimated costs of the projects, operations, activities, purchases, and other expenditures proposed for such department.
