The City Council of the City of Plainview met on October 1, 2018 at 1:00 p.m., in the City
Council Chambers of the Plainview City Hall at 901 Broadway.
Mayor Wendell Dunlap presided. Councilmembers present were: Nelda VanHoose-
District 1, and Norma Juarez -District 3.
Canvass September 22, 2018 Special Election
Presenter: Belinda Hinojosa, City Secretary
Council reviewed the tabulation for the special election held on September 22, 2018.
