The Main Street Coordinating Board met on Monday, November 4, 2019 at 1- 12 at the
Fair Theatre. President Ranada.lack called the meeting to order.
,Members attending the meeting Ranada Jack, Tonya Keesee, Cynthia Gregory, Jordan Durdap,,
Carol Terrell, Melinda Brown, Tor i Huddleston, and Jay Givens.

0 Ranada called the meeting to order at 12:12 p.m.
Tonya moved to accept last month's minutes. Jordan seconded theapproval. -rhe motion carried.
• Ibe Hi -Plains Genealogical Society requested $7.50 for their yearly conference.
• Tonya moved to grant the Hi Plains Genealogical Society $750.00 for their event.
Cynthia seconded and the motion passed.

Promotion:
o Tori reviewed the upcoming 12 days of Christmas and gave members a sign up
sheet.

members to fill out and review
