Mayor, Wendell Dunlap presided.- Councilmembers present were Nelda VanHoose- District 1, 'Larry Williams -District 2, Norma Juarez -District 3, Teressa King -District 4, Susan Blackerby-District 5, Evan Weiss -District 6 and Eric Hastey-District 7. Staff members present were- Jeffrey Snyder -City Manager,. This agreement is for a 3=year term. The Airport Management Company will be paid a fee of $75K per year :and will receive 20 percent -for management of the hangar rentals. Public Comment: None Motion: Move to approve the Management Agreement for the :Plainview/Hale County Airport between Rocket Aviation, Hale County and the City of Plainview Motion by Councilmember King, seconded by Councilrember VanHoose: Vote: 8-0. Motion carried. 8. Consider and:. take .necessary:. action to approve._ the Fixed Based Operator Agreement at the Plainview -Hale County Airport between Rocket Aviation, Hale County and the City of. Plainview Presenter: Jeffrey Snyder, City Manager This would approve the, Fixed Based Operator and Lease Agreement between the City, County and Rocket Aviation. This agreement is for a 3-year term. The FBO will -pay a $0.10 fuel flowage fee to the Airport, will lease 5 buildings for their operations at: $0.81 per square feet annually and will pay a ground lease of $0.10 per square feet for two concrete areas Public Comment: None Motion: Move to approve the Fixed Based Operator Agreement at the Plainview/Hale County Airport between Rocket Aviation, Hale County and the City `of Plainview Motion by Councilmember Williams, seconded by. -Mayor Pro Tem: Blackerby Vote: &0, Motion carried. 9. Consider authorization: -of the purchase of a Jack Kiosk through the TIPS Purchasing: Cooperative, Contract No. 20.01.05 Presenter: Isauro Gutierrez,. Director of Information Technology This: would authorize .the purchase of a- bill payment kiosk known as JACK. from Ad Comp 'System to be used at the drive -through window at the new City Hall Building.
