This agreement is for a 3=year term. The Airport Management Company will be paid a fee of $75K per year :and will receive 20 percent -for management of the hangar rentals. Plainview Presenter: Jeffrey Snyder, City Manager This would approve the, Fixed Based Operator and Lease Agreement between the City, County and Rocket Aviation. This agreement is for a 3-year term.
