Mayor Wendell Dunlap presided. Councilmembers present were Nelda VanHoose- District 1; :Larry Williams=District 2, Teressa King -District 4; Susan Blackerby-District 5, Evan Weiss=District 6 and Eric Hastey-District 7. Councilmember Norma Juarez -District 3 was absent.
