Mayor Wendell Dunlap presided. Councilmembers present were Nelda. VanHoose- District 1, Larry Williams -District 2, Norma Juarez -District 3; Susan Blackerby-District 5, Evan Weiss:District 6 and Eric Hastey-District 7: Councilmember Teressa King -District 4 was absent.
