The City -Council of the City of Plainview met,video conference on December 1.7, 2020 at 491
11:30 a.m., in the Council Chambers of Plainview City Hall at 901 Broadway.
Mayor Charles Starnes presided. Council Members present were Nelda. VanHoose-
District 1', :Larry Williams -District 2, Teressa King -District 4, Susan Blackerby-District 5,
Evan Weiss:District 6, and Patra Moreno -District T. Council Member Norma Juarez -
District 3 was absent.
Staff members present were: Jeffrey Snyder-City.Manager, Jeff Johnston -Assistant City
Manager, Matt Wade -City Attorney, Isauro Gutierrez -'Director of Information Technology
and Belinda Hinojosa=City- Secretary.
