at 6:30 p.m., at the Plainview Convention Center, 2902 W. 4th Street.
Mayor Charles Starnes presided. Council Members present were Nelda VanHoose-
District 1, Larry Williams -District 2, Norma Juarez -District 3, Teressa King -District 4,
Susan Blackerby-District 5, and Evan Weiss -District 6. Council Member Patra Moreno -
District 7 was absent.

restrictions and regulations regarding .the Public Health_ Emergency to_ Contain and
prevent the continued spread of COVID-19

5.02 "Fire Department", By Amending Section 5.02.005, "Certification Pay" And Section
5.02.008, "Additional Pay" As They Apply to Certain Classifications of Emergency Medical
Technicians and by Providing for Additional Pay for Quality. Assurance Assignment;
Providing .an Effective Date; Providing A Savings Clause; Providing A. Repealer and
