The City Council of the City of Plainview met in a special Work
Session at 11:30 A.M. at K-Bob's Restaurant with Mayor Bob Wayland presiding
and the following Council present: Carl Tillerson-Place One, Andy Taylor-
Place Two, L~oyd Woods-Place Three, Tom Atmon-Place Four and Tom Aday-Place
Five. /

In addition, the following Staff Members were present: John Hatchel-City
Manager, Randy Holly-Administrative Assistant and Alan Stewart - Director of
Police Services.
John Hatchel presented the Agenda for the Regular City Council Meeting
to be held Tuesday, November 25, 1980. A lengthly discussion followed, however,
no action was taken.
The meeting adjounred at 1:00 p.m.
