Home My WebLink About81 1203 minCITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION December 3, 1981 E1 Jardin Restaurant O0 078 MINUTES The City Council-of the City of Plainview met in a Work Session at 11:30 a.m. at E1Jardin Restaurant with Mayor Bob Wayland presiding and the following Councilman present: Carl Tillerson-Place One, Andy Taylor-Place Two, and Tom Almon-Place Four. Also present were the following: John Hatchel, Joe Ferguson, Randy Holly and Jim Davis. John Hatchel-City Manager, presented the agenda for the City Council Regular Meeting to be held on Tuesday,De~ember 8, 1981 at 7:30 p.m. A lengthly discussion followed, however, no action was taken.
