Both the City Council and the Chamber had previously submitted suggested policies and guidelines for the expeD~iture of these tax dollars. After a lengthly discussion, there was no conclusion reached, and the Council moved to the next item of business on the agenda for consideration - board vacancies for which appointments are needed. The boards are - Board of City Development, Health Board, and Electrical Board. Names were suggested, and the Mayor was asked to contact prospective members. At the conclusion of the meeting, there was a discussion on the budget pertaining to the School Crossing Guards.
