MINUTES The Plainview City Council met in a work session, Thursday, October 18, 1984 at 11:30 p.m. at E1 Jardin Pestaurant with Mayor Gene Ridlehuber presiding and the foll~ging present: Barbara Dorman, Andy Taylor, Junior Brown, Bobby James and Tom Aday. Also present: Norman Huggins, Bill Hogge. Visitors present: Paul Wright and Richard Orr. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Ridlehuber. Bill Hogge, Interim City Manager introduced the items for the agenda for the regular City Cottncil Meeting to be held Tuesday, October 23, 1984. The City Council reviewed and discussed the agenda items, however, no action was taken. With no further business to be discussed the meeting adjourned.
