The Plainview City Council met in a Work Session, Thursday,
December 6, 1984 at the Plainview Country Club with Mayor Ridlehuber
presiding and the following present: Councilmembers; Barbara Dorman,
Andy Taylor, Junior Brown, Bobby James and Tom Aday. Also present, City
Manager Jim Jeffers, Bill Hogge, Bob Richards, and Tom Hamilton.
Visitors present: Leonard Bartlett, Leland Higginbotham, Marvin Fraley,
Ray Pinkerton, H.L. Forehand, Ed Davis, Louis Cole, and Brian Gronholz.
City Manger Jim Jeffers presented the agenda items for the next
regular Council Meeting to be held Tuesday, December 11, 1984. A
lengthly discussion was held on the agenda items, however, no action was
taken. With no further business pending, the meeting adjourned.
