Hall, 202 W. 5th Street, Plainview, Texas.
Mayor Charles Starnes presided. Council Members present were Mary Elizabeth
Dickerson -District 1, Steve Martinez -District 2, Mike McDonough -District 3, Gary House -
District 4, Susan Blackerby-District 5, and Lorie Rodriguez -District 7. Council Member
Evan Weiss -District 6 was absent.

Purchase for two CXT restrooms to replace an existing city park restroom and add a new
one in baseball complex area for $199,600 and with $40,000 for site prep for two
restrooms.

HGAC property purchase of Street Sweeper from Heil of Texas for $310,775

9. Authorize purchase of a 2024 Peterbilt 567 Water Tank Truck through the
BuyBoard Purchasing Cooperative for the Solid Waste Department

This is for a 2024 Peterbuilt 567 Water Tank Truck. This is required for solid waste TCEQ
air permit. This is a BuyBoard purchase at a cost of $224,443.26

11. Authorize purchase of a 2023 Skid -Steer Loader with Attachments throuqh the
BuyBoard Purchasing Cooperative for the Solid Waste Department
Presenter: Tim Crosswhite, Director of Public Works
Purchase of a 2023 Skid Steer loader in the amount of $99,189.41 through BuyBoard.
Will use for shredding green areas, alley maintenance, alley cleanup and material
handling at our recycle center.

is needed

12. Authorize purchase of a 2023 Peterbilt Frontload Trash Refuse Truck through the
BuyBoard Purchasing Cooperative for the Solid Waste Department

This is used for commercial truck routes. This is for a 2023 Autocar with a Wittke frontload
chassis for $376,180 through BuyBoard.

13. Convene into executive session in accordance with Tex. Gov't Code .551.071 to
seek the advice about pendinq or contemplated litigation, settlement offers or on matters
in which duty of the attorney under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct
of the State Bar of Texas conflicts with Tex. Gov't Code Ch. 551
14. Convene into executive session in accordance with Texas Gov't Code �551.074
to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline
or dismissal of a public officer or employee, or to hear a complaint or charge against an
