MINUTES
The Plainview City Council met in a special work session Thursday,
June 27, 1985 at 7:00 p.m. at the Plainview Club with the following
present: Mayor Ridlehuber, Councilmembers; Barbara Dorman, Andy Taylor,
Junior Brown, Bobby James and Tom Aday. Also present; Jim Jeffers, Tcm
Hamilton, Norman~ Huggins, Bob Bass and Scott Hallman.
Mayor Ridlehuber called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Bob Bass, Attorney, gave a status report of the Single M~mber
District. The report being prepared for the United States Justice
Department submission.
Counci~r Dorman moved that the Council go into executive
session to discuss personnnel. The motion was dulY seconded by James
and carried by a unanimous vote. The Mayor moved the Council into
executive session at 8: 30 p.m.
Chief of Police High Anderson attended the executive session.
Mayor adjourned themeeting at 9:45 p.m.
