*The meeting was called to order by President Gary Stennett. The opening Prayer was given by
Sally Phillips.
*The minutes of October meeting were reviewed. Rodney made the motion and it was
seconded by Sally to accept the minutes as written. Motion Carried.
*The financial report was reviewed and accepted.
*Charlotte reported that the City of Plainview implemented a change in working hours. We
work 8:00 — 5:30 Monday through Thursday and half a day on Friday.
*We signed up two new stations. The Bee Hive Home in Plainview and Floydada.
*Lunch Bunch met at Leal's restaurant on November 3, 2022 with 8 members present, plus
Irene and Charlotte. Resume Lunch Bunch in January.
*November birthdays at McDonalds on November 9t". We had 7 members present.
*Charlotte reported that Donna Black one of the RSVP volunteers put together hot Chocolate
for the Veterans in Plainview, Olton, and Littlefield.
*Breakfast with Santa will be held on Saturday, December 3. Rodney being Santa and Cathy
Williams will be Mrs. Claus. Teresa Young will be taking pictures for us. Gary Sennett will be
master of ceremonies.
*We have Christmas Open House on December 12, at the Jimmy Dean Museum.
*Help would be greatly appreciated for both of our events in December.
*Irene presented the volunteer report. 194 volunteers reporting 3,858.96 hours for month of
November
*We will not meet in December. Our next meeting will be January 10, 2023.
*The meeting was adjourned.
