R83-595 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PIAINVI_EW, TEXAS APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF THE EBELING SUB-DIVISION, UNIT NO. 2, PLAINVIEW, TEXAS. WHEREAS, the Constitution, the laws of the State of Texas and the Charter of the City of Plainview provides for the adoption of a sub- division ordinance; and ~2~, the City Council of the City of Plainview adopted Subdivision Ordinance No. 78-2259 on the 14th day of November, 1978; and WHEREAS, City Council is desirous to continue to provide for the orderly, safe and healthful development of the area within and surrounding the City of Plainview; and WHEREAS, Ebeling Manufacturing Cooperation has complied with and the Final Plat reflects anY and all stipulations placed upon them by the City Council during approval of the Preliminary Plat; and NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVt~ , by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Plainview, Texas to approve the Final Plat for the Ebeling Sub-division, Unit No. 2, Plainview, Texas PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 21st day of April, 1983.
