West 4t Street, Plainview, Texas. The agenda for this meeting was posted in City Hall
at 11:00 a.m. on December 18, 2006. Mayor John C. Anderson presided.
Councilmembers present were: Kelvin Tipton-District 1, Cathy Waggoner-District 2,
Belinda Pena-District 3, John N. Bertsch-District 4, Ron Truster-District 5, Wendell
Dunlap-District 6 and Roland Nash-District 7.
Staff members present were: Greg Ingham-City Manager and Leslie Pearce-City
Attorney.
Mayor Anderson delivered the invocation.
Mayor Anderson moved to go into closed session to deliberate the purchase,
exchange, lease or value of real property. This meeting is authorized by the Texas
Government Code Section 551.072. The motion was duly seconded by Councilmember
Tipton and carried by unanimous vote.
Mayor Anderson recessed the meeting at 11:38 a.m.
Mayor Anderson called the meeting back in open session at 12:20 p.m.
There was no action taken regarding real property.
There being no further business, Mayor Anderson adjourned the meeting at 12:26 p.m.
