SPECIAL MEETING
MINUTES * April 251h 2022*12:00 p.m.
The Board of Directors for the Plainview Firemen's Relief & Retirement Fund will hold
a meeting April 25th, 2022 at 12:00 pm Cotton Patch Restaurant, 3314 Olton Rd, #16,
Plainview, Texas, 79072. Action may be taken on each agenda item.
This notice is posted pursuant to the Texas Open Meetings Act. [Tex. Gov't
Code Ann. Sec. 551.001 et. seq.] The Board reserves the right to conduct a
closed meeting on any agenda items in accordance with Tex. Gov't Code
Ann., Chapter 551, Subchapter D. This meeting is also being conducted in
accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act [42 USC 12101 et.
seq.]. The facility is wheelchair accessible and handicap parking is
available. Requests for sign interpretive services are available upon
requests received at least 48 hours prior to the meeting. To make
arrangements for those services call 296-1139.

OPEN MEETING: (a,1207
1. Approval of minutes for February 28th, 2021 meeting.
Motion made to accept minutes by S. Beversdorf second by D.
Sells all in favor.
2. Review of the monthly report and Rebalancing by Morgan Stanley via
phone conference Investment Advisor and Graystone Consulting
Associate, Daniel Sullivan and Take any necessary action if needed.
Motion made to accept Rebalancing as presented by A. Perez
second by K. Whisenant all in favor.
3. Personal Matters:
a. Take necessary action on Valessa Gutierrez as Manager of
HR and Amber Garcia HR Specialist were the plan
administrators for the city.
Motion made to accept plan managers as proposed by
D. Sells second by Mayor Starnes all in favor.
b. Take any necessary action on Benefit for Harrison Hart
passing on 4/13/22.
Motion to accept monthly benefit for Harrison Hart's
wife in amount of $2,492.49 and each child to receive
$498.50 by Mayor Starnes second by K. Whisenant
all in favor.
c. Take any necessary action on Benefit termination for Joe
Wall.
Discussed we are wait for a death certificate to arrive
on this item.
