R86-952 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS APPROVING THE FEE SCHEDULE AND LETTER OF AGREEMENT FOR MISCELLANEOUS SERVICES WHICH MAY BE PROVIDED BY PARKHILL, SMITH AND COOPER, INC., ENGINEERS, ARCHITECT, AND PLANNERS FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 1986. WHEREAS, from time to time, it is necessary that the City of Plainview employ Parkhill, Smith, and Cooper, Inc., engineers, architect, and planners to furnish miscellaneous engineering consulting services to our City and; WHEREAS, Parkhill, Smith, and Cooper, Inc., has submitted a fee schedule and letter of agreement for miscellaneous services which may be utilized by the City during the calendar year 1986 and; WHEREAS, said fee schedule and letter of agreement is hereby made a part of this resolution. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor, and the City Council of the City of Plainview, Texas that the fee schedule and letter of agreement submitted by Parkhill, Smith, and Cooper, Inc. for the calendar year 1986 be approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said letter of agreement. Salary cost is ~defined as the salaries of engineers, architects, drafters, typists, clerks, etc. for the-time directly chargeable to the project plus normal payroll expenses. On projects where the costs will exceed $100,000, the fee will be negotiated. You may indicate the acceptance of this agreement by returning a signed copy of this letter to our office. We will consider the return as our authorizatio~ to perform engineering and design services as directed. This agreement may be cancelled by written notice by either party.
