Mayor Charles Starnes presided. Council Members present were Mary Elizabeth
Dickerson -District 1, Steve Martinez -District 2, Mike McDonough -District 3, Gary House -
District 4, Susan Blackerby-District 5, Evan Weiss -District 6 and Lorie Rodriguez -District

Regarding the Company's 2023 Rate Review Mechanism Filing; Declaring
Existing Rates to be Unreasonable; Adopting Tariffs that Reflect Rate Adjustments
Consistent with the Negotiated Settlement; Finding the Rates to Be Set By the
Attached Settlement Tariffs to be Just and Reasonable and in the Public Interest;
Approving an Attachment Establishing a Benchmark for Pensions and Retiree
Medical Benefits; Requiring the Company to Reimburse Cities' Reasonable
