Mayor Charles Starnes presided. Members present Council Members Steve Martinez - District 2, Mike McDonough -District 3, Susan Blackerby-District 5, Evan Weiss -District 6 and Lorie Rodriguez -District 7. Council Members Mary Elizabeth Dickerson -District 1 and Gary House -District 4 were absent.
